 Lincoln School - Principal Request

Coaches are reminded to make sure that all proper lights are turned off, Gym is cleaned up and all doors locked at the school facilities that you use for practice.  No Kids on the stage Area, Check restrooms to make sure lights are off and not left in a mess.  Please do not turn heat on in Gym. 

Comments:

1. Coaches should be aware that -the Coquille Basketball Club will continue to obtain health insurance to cover, coaches, players, assistants, etc (click on the insurance box in the above bar for more information as to who is covered).It is essential that all scheduling, practices, travel, and games are done under the umbrella of the club and not done indepentantly.

2. Coaches are reminded that -all scheduling of facilities, establishing of days and times of team practice is done by the cub commissioner, not individual coaches. 

3. Every team will be assigned- two days per week of practice at one of two facilities. Those facilities are Lincoln Elementary and The Coquille Community Building. Holidays will create a loss of practice time, no make up practices will be scheduled by the club.  Keys are at a minimum.

4. Coaches  requesting - an extra practice day will only be considered after each team has its assigned facility with dates and times.
